In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting the team, making sure employees are equipped to excel.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about fostering a dynamic, welcoming workplace and who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
Day to Day– Manage day-to-day office operations including ordering and stocking stationery, office merchandise, refreshments/snacks, and coordinating office supplies such as furniture or fit-outs– Provide day-to-day support to staff by responding promptly to their needs and requests, helping to resolve minor issues, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to work– Oversee office maintenance requests, liaising with building management and service providers to ensure a safe, well-functioning environment– Execute essential health and safety duties and leading office cleanups when necessary– Support onboarding and offboarding processes by organising welcome tours, distributing merchandise and access items, and ensuring the return of company property upon departure– Maintain and update the events calendar, and booking venues or spaces for internal and external events– Organise staff celebrations, birthday recognitions, and recreational team activities– Act as a central point of contact for community engagement, liaising with reception, guests, and internal stakeholders– Continuously seek improvements in office processes and community engagement activities to better support staff needs You'll Need– 5+ years of experience working in as an office manager or community-oriented role– Proven ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment– Strong organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail– High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in handling sensitive information– The ability to anticipate, identify and address challenges proactively, and be resourceful in solving problems– Demonstrated ability to help foster a strong, values-driven team culture– Experience planning and delivering engaging team events or community initiatives– A community-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for supporting colleagues, connecting people, fostering collaboration, and building a sense of belonging to enhance the workplace experience– Confident using digital tools for office management, communication, and workflow coordination We encourage you to apply even if you only meet some of the criteria above — we value potential and a growth mindset as much as experience.
