You'll have the autonomy to shape HR strategies, enhance talent management practices, and contribute to a thriving culture where people feel valued and empowered.Your key responsibilities as an HR Business Partner will include:Leading, managing, and promoting HR and people management practices to support organisational successDeveloping and delivering change initiatives and employee engagement action plansProviding guidance to managers on talent strategies, recruitment approaches, and organisational structuresOverseeing the local payroll process, including input files, validation, and anomaly reportingEstablishing strong relationships with managers to provide expert advice, coaching, and support on HR mattersManaging the full employee life cycle, including remuneration planning, succession, and performance managementYou will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR Business Partner:You must have extensive experience in a similar HR Business Partner function, ideally within a global organisationYou must have experience in managing and leading a local teamYou should be adept at navigating complex workplace challenges and delivering effective solutions, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levelYou need a solid understanding of local labour laws and employment regulationsYou will preferably have experience working in the IT or finance industryZenith Investment Partners is one of Australia's leading investment research and consulting businesses, specialising in managed funds research, consulting and investment solutions for financial advisers and their clientsAt Zenith, we foster a dynamic and inclusive work environment where employees feel supported, valued, and empowered.
