Tandem Partners is recruiting an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner on behalf of a leading organisation in the manufacturing and sustainability sector.

This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement and growth.

Our client is a major player in the manufacturing industry, known for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. As the HR Business Partner, you'll be the strategic advisor to senior leaders across a complex and fast-paced business unit. You'll lead key people initiatives, support organisational change, and embed a culture of performance and engagement. This role supports a client group of 1600 within this specific business unit and acts as a true partner to nine GMs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic people plans aligned with business goals
  • Lead annual HR processes including performance reviews, engagement surveys, and compensation planning
  • Coach and mentor senior leaders on talent development, succession planning, and employee relations
  • Drive change initiatives such as site expansions, acquisitions, and restructures
  • Analyse and improve key people metrics to enhance workforce performance and engagement
  • Lead talent reviews and embed succession planning frameworks
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR Business Partnering within complex environments
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, coaching, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (postgraduate studies desirable)
