The role and what we are looking for We are seeking a customer service-focused individual with strong attention to detail and administrative skills to support the Capricorn Mutual product, an alternative to traditional insurance.
The Risk Services Officer is the first point of contact for Members and will: Deliver excellent customer service.
Handle inbound calls.
Provide protection quotes.
Make changes to Members' protections and policies.
Support the sales team administratively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and previous customer service and administration experience.
