A leading organisation with a strong presence across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore is looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to join its Finance team in North Sydney.
Reporting directly to the Head of Tax, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a small, collaborative team with broad exposure across a range of tax compliance and advisory matters.
Key Responsibilities Manage and ensure compliance across a range of tax obligations including GST, FBT, BAS, income tax, withholding tax, and transfer pricing for Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
Prepare and review tax workbooks and submissions, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Provide tax technical research and analysis to support informed business decisions.
Assist in the development and implementation of tax policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams, external tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities.
Support strategic objectives through additional tasks aligned with the team's tax and financial goals.
About You At least 3 years of tax experience within Australia, with exposure to GST and withholding tax.
Ideally someone from a Big 4 background Proven ability to interpret and apply tax legislation with strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Excel and comfortable working across multiple systems.
Proactive, self-motivated and committed to producing high-quality work.
Experience implementing or improving tax processes or strategies.
