ABOUT YOUR ROLEAs a Reward Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of our reward strategy.
You'll provide analytical insights and data-driven recommendations to ensure our remuneration and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGConduct benchmarking and market analysis to support salary reviews and reward initiatives Analyse compensation data and trends to inform decision-making Support the annual remuneration review and incentive processes Maintain and enhance reward-related data models and reporting tools Collaborate with P&C Business Partners and broader P&C team to ensure alignment across reward programs Assist in the development and communication of reward policies and frameworks Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal governance standards LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear, compelling way Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams Knowledge of remuneration frameworks and market benchmarking methodologies WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?CCEP Australia is proud to be accredited as a Top Employer for 2025, by the Top Employer's Institute.
