Blake Oliver Consulting is working with a well-established Australian banking group to appoint a senior Private Executive into their private wealth division.
This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on new client acquisition and tailored lending .
You'll be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals, working closely with internal credit, investment, and product specialists to deliver integrated solutions that span banking, lending, and wealth.
This opportunity suits a commercially minded banker who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a referral-rich environment, and has the experience to structure complex lending scenarios as part of a broader client strategy.
What You'll Do Drive new client acquisition across the high net worth segment, building your portfolio through strategic business development and internal referrals.
Lead with lending—structuring residential, investment, and business lending solutions to meet complex client needs.
Work collaboratively with internal specialists across credit, investments, super, and insurance.
Manage the full client lifecycle, ensuring a high standard of service, compliance, and relationship depth.
Operate within a supportive and performance-driven private wealth environment.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in private or business banking, focused on high net worth clients.
Strong lending capability and confidence in managing complex credit needs.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations (AML/KYC).
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
