DWS is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager , accustomed to working the full end-to-end payroll process, and managing a flexible p/t payroll officer.Reporting to the GM Finance, the role will have complete responsibility for the entire end-to-end payroll function, and will act at the single point of contact for both staff enquiries and for internal teams (HR, finance, recruitment etc.)Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency (PR), or other permanent work rights - DWS are unable to sponsor or support visas.Type : Permanent, full timeStart : ASAP / ImmediatelySalary : up to $145 K (inc super) depending on experienceLocation : Flexible hybrid; 1 day per week (normally Wed) in Melbourne CBD office + WFHEssential Skills And ExperienceCoordinate and manage of the entire end-to-end weekly and fortnightly group payroll function for the business of 500+ staff Checking and auditing all payroll to ensure legislative and award compliance Internal reporting such as annual leave, personal leave and long service leave Management of HR3 payroll system, SAP experience (particularly a migration) would be highly beneficial Ensuring timely and appropriate processing of long service leave, bonuses etc are managed efficiently and effectively Calculation and payments of termination and redundancy payments Payment and reconciliation of bonus payments Liaise with management and staff regarding pay enquiries Reconciliation of STP data Liaise with HR staff regarding new starters, terminations and other relevant matters Knowledge of year end processes Reviewing all new starter paperwork to ensure that all necessary forms are accurate Novated leases, salary sacrifices and all associated admin Processing of Centrelink PPL, child support and other statutory deductions Calculation and reconciliation of group payroll tax Teaching and mentoring one direct report (part time) Ad hoc reporting as required Working At DWS Offers YouOngoing professional and career development An active social club that host regular, subsidised events Corporate discounts on a range of services and products, including health insurance, gym memberships, Apple products and much more About UsEstablished in 1991, DWS is a professional Technology Consultancy and part of HCLTech.
