As a Senior Project Officer, You Will Contribute to the development and enhancement of HCM systems by gathering requirements, designing solutions, and leading testing and evaluation activities.
Apply a sharp eye for detail to ensure system and policy designs are accurate, compliant, and fit for purpose.
Manage policy and program initiatives that support the health workforce, with a focus on attraction, recruitment, and retention strategies.
Provide expert advice to executives and staff across NSW Health to ensure consistent application of best-practice HCM systems and policies.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the public health system to ensure alignment and effective delivery of HCM initiatives.
About You We're looking for a detail-driven, strategic thinker who can navigate complex systems and policies with precision and who: Demonstrates a strong understanding of HCM systems including design, implementation, and user engagement.
Has experience in consulting with internal and external stakeholders to guide policy and project outcomes.
Builds strong, trusting relationships to support co-design and implementation of policy and system changes.
Is adept at translating complex technical and policy issues into clear, actionable insights.
Has the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
