About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Urology Fellow to join our dynamic and supportive team.
This exciting opportunity involves working closely with Consultants, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals to provide high-quality care to patients with a broad range of urological conditions.
The role offers significant hands-on surgical experience, particularly in high-volume procedures such as ureteroscopy, pyeloscopy, and percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), as well as subspecialty exposure in Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (Ho LEP) and uro-oncological surgeries including open partial nephrectomy, laparoscopic nephrectomy, and open radical cystectomy.
As a Urology Fellow, you will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary team, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, supervising junior medical staff and students, and maintaining strong professional relationships with senior consultants.
You will be encouraged to develop expertise in general and subspecialty urology, while also initiating and leading clinical research projects.

About You You are an early-career urologist with a solid foundation in general urology, eager to develop your skills in a supportive hospital environment.
You demonstrate excellent communication and clinical abilities, working effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Your approach to patient care is compassionate and respectful, with a strong commitment to quality improvement and professional growth.
Requirements include MBBS or equivalent, registration with AHPRA, and completion of general urological training.
Early-career consultants are preferred.
You should have strong clinical and procedural skills in open and endoscopic urological surgery, with relevant postgraduate experience and examinations completed.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and maintain patient-centred care.
A commitment to teamwork, continuous quality improvement, and adaptability within a complex healthcare environment is also required.
