The Opportunity: Work on a nationally recognised, public-facing redevelopment project Step into a senior commercial leadership role Progression pathway to Commercial Manager Lead cost control, procurement, and head contract admin Mentor junior staff and work closely with senior leadership What You'll Need: 6+ years in commercial construction (CA or CM) Strong contract admin, cost reporting, and procurement skills Experience on refurbishment, fit-out, or complex live environments Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management Why Join?
