Our client is looking for a passionate leader who is able to bring their team along the change management journey.
You'll be joining a collaborative, people-first environment that offers :4 days WFH, 1 day in the office Supportive leadership - with a strong focus on well-being and professional growth, with significant opportunity for internal career progression Outstanding culture - inclusive, innovative, and values-driven Highly competitive remuneration and employee benefits on offer Job Description As Payroll Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team within a complex, high-volume payroll environment.
But this is more than just leadership - it's about driving change.
You'll work closely with the National Payroll Manager and other Team Leads to streamline payroll processes across the group, build out robust documentation, and help create a consistent, scalable payroll function that's fit for the future.
Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals to deliver accurate, timely payroll services Drive change management initiatives to align payroll processes across multiple teams Develop and implement standardised procedures and documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deliver process improvements Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies Champion a positive, inclusive team culture The Successful Applicant Proven experience in payroll leadership within a large, complex organisation Demonstrated success in leading change and process improvement initiatives Ability to bring their team along the change journey - explain the why, leverage off their skills etc.
