Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of support workers in one of our SIL accommodation houses, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality supports are delivered.
  • Build and maintain collaborative and professional working relationships with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Be 'hands-on', leading by example and supporting your team to achieve their goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all administrative tasks and documentation in the residence.
  • Attend and organise regular house and team meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience as a team leader in a residential setting.
  • Confidence to work with clients who display behaviours of concern.
  • Strong accountability and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work full-time hours, with a variety of shifts rostered across the week.
  • Relevant industry background checks or willingness to obtain them.
