Title Program Analyst - EOS Defence Systems Location: Canberra Program Analyst The purpose of the Program Analyst role is to analyse deficiencies through root cause methodology and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency in order to meet performance metrics and delivery on time objectives.
The candidate must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for a security clearance.
About The Role The Program Analyst reviews enterprise and project data to assist in improving the performance of programs within EOS Defence Systems Australia.
They evaluate existing programs, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies as directed by the Programs Operations Planning Manager to increase efficiency and effectiveness against project milestones.
This role involves data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and review of schedules, risk/issues registers, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities Analysis: Evaluating program data, processes, and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Reporting and Communication: Create reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to management and stakeholders.
Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules and delivery plans in accordance with contract requirements.
Governance: Create and maintain program governance improvements in accordance with business requirements as directed by the Programs Operations Planning Manager.
About You Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with program management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Power BI reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
Proficiency in Share Point.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a changing environment.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning tools (ERP).
