Responsibilities Analyzing content and identifying gaps to inform effective learning design Collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to develop high-quality, engaging learning experiences Writing and structuring content for various delivery modes including online and face-to-face Managing project timelines and ensuring outputs meet quality and instructional design standards Leading quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous improvement Championing operational excellence and best practice in learning design About you Demonstrated experience in learning design across digital and blended format Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skill Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadline Experience in the tertiary or professional education sector A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and emotional intelligence Academic qualifications in education (highly valued)About us Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) represents more than 140,000 financial professionals, supporting them to make a meaningful difference in the communities where they work and live.
