You'll receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience to further develop your HR expertise.
Reporting to an experienced, down-to-earth HR Director, this role is ideal for a motivated HR Coordinator eager to expand their skill set in recruitment, employee relations, and broader HR functions—gaining exposure to both white- and blue-collar workforces.
About the Role: You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for: Owning the onboarding/induction process for new hires.
Maintaining and updating employee records/data as well as conducting HR reporting.
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
Managing payroll sytems Responding to HR enquiries & managing a HR inbox.
Assisting the HR team with broader HRIS projects About You: To be successful in this role you will bring: Ideally 2-3 years' experience in an HR Coordinator position.
Strong drive, motivation, & ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
A proactive and energetic style with outstanding communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills & skills across the Microsoft suite.
Ideally blue& white collar experience.
