You will work across national and state based customers.
We get to work with an amazing group of clients and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development, working together to achieve their goals.
You will form a close bond with your clients and support their health outcome achievements every step of the way.
You will perform an array of assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinics, and/or ORS offices.
You will help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys.
In addition to our Workplace Rehabilitation team, ORS employs over 120 Occupational Therapists nationally supporting NDIS participants.
You will have the opportunity to attend additional training & maintain a small NDIS case load to broaden your clinical skills (optional).

This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.
