We are looking for a Head of Organisation to join our team. Geelong based + hybrid working options. Full time or Part time up to 0.9 FTE

**About the role**
As a member of the People and Culture Team, this critical leadership role is responsible for the delivery of a broad range of organisational development activities aimed at building our organisational capability effectiveness and culture. A significant part of this role is to deliver our enterprise-wide Talent and Culture Strategy that has a focus on supporting our people to perform at their very best, achieve their goals and help our business thrive.

**About you**

We are looking for someone with the passion, energy and the desire to help our people shine, and who possess the following:

- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Formal qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of organisational development and design methodologies including supporting development and implementation of programs that motivate employees and develop employee capability.
- Ability to influence, coach and support people across all levels of the organisation and to establish and maintain strong relationships and
- A desire to be innovative, creative and aspirational
