To support WPB strategies to drive seamless end-to-end digitalization, the Senior Digital Product Manager role is primarily responsible for building the strategy and developing digital platforms covering covering Mobile, Internet Banking and Staff Platforms.
You will be a key member of Digital Product and Platform team and reporting to the Digital Platform Lead.
Your main responsibilities will include: Responsible as a Senior Digital Product Manager for the Digital Platforms covering Staff platforms, Mobile and Internet Banking.
Formulate digital platforms strategy that will deliver value across the key operating activities that span across optimisation and servicing of channels, Internal & external user experience.
Responsible for defining Digital Platforms roadmap and driving related digital initiatives, features and functions ensuring alignment with Global Value streams.
Lead large scale cross functional projects, initiatives from inception to execution through strong coordination with local, regional and global stakeholders.
Lead continuous optimisation and modernisation of platforms including legacy systems uplift, decommissioning and launch of new features.
Management of Digital Product Manager/s ensuring Product Roadmaps and Agile artefacts are produced and updated.
Creation of robust business cases to support new initiatives across the Digital Platforms.
Drive performance and adoption of the features on the Digital Platform by working closely across the Product, Channels including frontline, Customer Experience, Technology, etc Work closely with local, regional, and global teams to drive implementation, operationalization and ongoing maintenance of Digital platform and it's initiatives.
Build strong relationships, adopting a joined-up approach execute change at pace.
Seeks opportunities to integrate, simplify and streamline activity through involvement of teams in the geographic and functional matrix.
Ensure regular and positive engagement with key support functions such as Risk, Product, Compliance, Operations and Technology to ensure alignment of policies and plans necessary.
Management and ownership of platform stability, ongoing maintenance of digital platforms, production issues, ensuring issues are resolved timely.
Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in a Finance and/or business-related field with relevant experience in Product/Project/Platform management or related field.
Demonstrated success in delivering complex initiatives at scale and leading & collaborating cross functional teams to achieve delivery outcomes.
Strong understanding of Internal staff platforms, Digital Channels with a focus on usability and performance including technical, commercial and user considerations.
Proven ability to foster strong collaboration across local and global stakeholders in driving initiatives.
Strong strategic thinker & problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity and balance delivery constrains, user needs and trade-offs.
Passionate, driven with a positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership in delivering outcomes in complex and fast paced environments.
Experience in agile practices and methodologies, with experience in a scale agile environment.
Basic understanding of HSBC core systems and integrations is preferred.
Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
