About the Role We're seeking a skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital ecosystem, driving engagement, growth, and performance across our website, CRM, and customer journeys.
This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how prospective residents, and their families connect with our brand and communities.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of all digital touchpoints, using data and insight to optimise customer engagement, streamline the funnel, and support national sales targets.
Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day website management, SEO strategy, and content performance Drive CRM and Marketing Cloud campaigns across nurture and acquisition funnels Optimise digital journeys to enhance conversion, user experience, and lead quality Deliver data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and website outcomes Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content, product, and service) to align digital strategy with broader business objectives What You'll Bring5+ years' experience in digital marketing with expertise in websites, CRM, and SEOStrong grasp of funnel metrics, CRO, customer journey design, and digital analytics Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation tools Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders A passion for purpose-led brands and building meaningful, insight-driven campaigns What's in it for You Hybrid working from our Sydney office Supportive and values-led culture Access to wellbeing and learning initiatives, including paid wellbeing days, Go1 learning platform, and more Join us in reimagining the future of retirement living.
