About the Role Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role will lead the global statutory and external financial reporting and provision of technical accounting advice to the business globally.
You'll support global risk and governance initiatives and the Group's climate reporting requirements.
In this role, you will manage the external audit process and contribute to our month-end close processes, including supporting maintenance of financial systems (JDE, HFM) and integrity of data.
You'll also contribute to global finance initiatives and provide expert advice on complex accounting matters.
What You'll do Lead provision of IFRS IFRS technical accounting advice across the business and functional teams and resolution of Group accounting matters Lead statutory and external financial reporting and external audit processes Support monthly global financial reporting and consolidation for CFO/Board Oversee key accounting areas: share-based payments, revenue recognition, segment reporting, impairment testing and other accounting matters as they arise Must be a Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accounting Minimum 6+ years at Big 4, or experience in a finance manager role in a fast-paced environment Support optimisation of financial systems and ensure data integrity across HFM and JDECollaborate with Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, M&A and divisional finance teams Collaborate with Sustainability team in compliance with Climate/Sustainability reporting requirements What You'll Bring Strong IFRS technical knowledge and experience in statutory reporting Proven ability to manage complex financial close and consolidation processes Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience with JDE, HFM and large-scale financial systems Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver accurate, timely reporting A proactive, structured and organised approach to deliver quality outcomes with tight timeframes Confident, self-starter with strong communication and inter-personal skills who bring a positive mindset Ready to make an impact in a global finance team?Apply now and help shape the future of financial reporting at TWE.
