About the Role Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the CFO, this role is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day transactional finance operations, delivering timely internal financial reporting, and managing a high-performing finance team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop and mentor a team of finance professionals Deliver accurate and timely monthly management reports, board packs, cashflow forecasts and variance analyses Oversee payroll, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations Manage group consolidations, BAS, and compliance requirements Partner with key stakeholders across the business on P&L and strategic planning Support external audit preparation and compliance with internal controls Maintain ERP system accuracy and drive finance process improvements Champion innovative financial practices and risk mitigation strategies What You'll Bring: CPA or CA qualified with 3-5 years in a similar Financial Controller role Advanced Excel skills and strong technical accounting knowledge Experience with ERP systems; Apparel 21 experience is desirable Proven ability to manage deadlines, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally Why Join?
