The Role
The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and follow-through of all project aspects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead BMS Controls and Electrical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to plans, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, develop project scopes, and define deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective project execution.
Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct status meetings, communicate updates, and ensure effective communication channels.
Manage project documentation, including contracts and specifications.
Coordinate procurement activities with vendors and suppliers.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring client satisfaction.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
Create Safety Plans and SWMS, monitoring team adherence.

Requirements

Extensive experience in Building Services Management.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in HVAC/BMS industry.
Ability to develop and implement budgets and margin improvement strategies.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
