This role is perfect for a curious, adaptable graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills who enjoy asking the right questions, building trust, and collaborating across diverse teams.
You'll work on user research, prototyping, and design using tools like Figma and Miro, while gaining exposure to AI and a broad range of technologies.
Throughout the program, you could be involved with: User Interface User Experience Product Design You'll manage and contribute to significant and meaningful projects whilst expanding your skills, challenging yourself and taking momentous steps in building your career.

To be considered for our program you will need: Bachelor's Degree in UX Design, Industrial design, Digital Communications and/or relevant discipline Will have completed studies by end of 2025 or within the last 2 years Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong relationship builder and team player Good mental agility and eagerness to learn and grow with the business Eagerness to learn and grow with the business Previous work experience in a similar field advantageous Successful candidates will need to travel occasionally to multiple work locations Great things start here Join RACV and become part of a purpose-driven organisation.

If successful, next steps will be the completion of several online assessments consisting of: a 20 minute AI online chat interview, psychometric testing and a video interview.
Following this, you may be invited to attend a face-to-face assessment day.
