About You

You're a mid-level Experience Designer looking for your next home, not just the next job. You want to solve real problems for real people and learn from others in the team.

You have a solid background in user experience and interface design, with skills in Figma, user experience design methodologies, and inclusive design.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality design work on time and in-scope, with support from seniors and leads when needed.
  • Proactively identify gaps in your knowledge and capability, and seek out learning and development from others.
  • Contribute to team rituals such as kick-off meetings, presentations, critique sessions, and project retrospectives.
  • Demonstrate Portable's values and behaviours, and contribute positively to the team and organisation.
