As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will undergo extensive training at our Sydney head office, with ongoing support from your team leader and a buddy system to ensure your success.
You will manage your own client portfolio, developing return-to-work plans by: Managing a portfolio of return-to-work files Completing assessments and making recommendations Attending medical appointments and communicating complex information to insurers Conducting initial, workplace, and ADL assessments Writing insurance reports Communicating with injured workers, employers, doctors, and other professionals to coordinate interventions Facilitating safe and timely return-to-work plans Documenting case notes for reporting and compliance About You Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy Full registration with AHPRA or ESSAValid driver's license and access to a car Willingness to obtain a police check prior to starting Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team Customer service-oriented with a proactive attitude Pinnacle Rehab is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and encourages applications from candidates of all backgrounds, ages, religions, and genders.
