There has been so much excitement around our little project, and we could not be more proud.
But now we need the hospitality dream team to come onboard and help us take things to the next levelWe are currently recruiting across kitchen, barista, and FOH positions.
Whether you're a kitchen pro who loves systems, a barista with flair, or someone obsessed with guest experiences - if you are drawn to a lifestyle by the stunning Birrarung, creative food, and a human-centred team, we want to hear from you.Positions available: Kitchen Supervisior - drive the menu with the owners, establish strong systems and processes, R&D, ordering, and recipe prep.
Barista - craft specialty drinks, assist with development of recipes, and maintain coffee bar section.
FOH/All Rounder - engage with our wonderful community, support service flow, and elevate the Field Day experience.

You are highly organised, tidy, and love building systems as much as food or drinks.
You are an effective and calm communicator.
