This position involves working as part of our collaborative Despatch team - reporting to the QLD Logistics Manager.
This is a full time role - working 11am - 7pm, Monday - Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIESCo-ordinate and schedule daily delivery runs Work as part of a tight knit logistics team to ensure customer demands are met Assist with customer service duties as required General housekeeping Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies and procedures Participation in tool box and team meetings ABOUT YOUProven experience in a similar scheduling role, ideally within the construction/building industries Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Relentless approach to ensuring the customers' needs are met and expectations exceeded Understanding of loading different size and weight materials Sound geographical knowledge Familiarity with logistics and scheduling software systems Proven ability to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment A "go getter" who can think outside the square Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace Whilst experience is great, it'll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart REWARDS & BENEFITSHealth & Wellbeing Support | Traineeship & Development Pathways | Career Development Opportunities | Support for Families | Recognition & Referral Programs | Team Member Discounts | EAP / Confidential Support Services ABOUT STRATCOStratco is an Australian-owned innovator, manufacturer, and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions.
