About the role As a Senior People & Performance Partner, you'll lead the design and implementation of strategic people frameworks across workforce planning, talent, leadership, and performance.
You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving enterprise-wide change and enabling the business to deliver results through its people.
This role blends consulting, building, influencing, and partnering to deliver meaningful outcomes.
What you'll be doing Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with commercial and growth objectives Design and embed frameworks across workforce planning, organisational development, talent, and leadership Lead enterprise-wide performance and capability initiatives from design through to delivery Facilitate collaboration across People & Performance, Shared Services, and Consultant teams to ensure alignment and impact Use data and insights to inform workforce decisions, measure success, and drive continuous improvement Champion change initiatives that build leadership capability, lift team performance, and support business transformation Who we're looking for We're looking for a strategic, commercial, and outcomes-focused partner who thrives in complexity and enjoys building solutions from ambiguity.
