DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the roleDue to expanding revenue opportunities within our partner community, NEXTGEN is investing in a Partner Development Manager specifically for our CrowdStrike Team.
This role reports to the Vendor Manager.
As the Senior Partner Development Manager, you will:- Build strategic relationships within key channel partners and develop joint go-to-market initiatives to sustain existing business and acquire new partner-sourced business.
- Foster strong and trusting relationships with our partners through excellent customer service.
- Identify new partners suitable for innovative and market-leading networking solutions.
- Onboard, motivate, enable, and support these partners to grow with NEXTGEN.
- Develop and maintain channel partner plans for top-tier strategic partners to sustain revenue and identify initiatives for new partner-sourced revenue and services.
The ideal Senior Partner Development Manager will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales-oriented role with a proven track record of meeting quota and business targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively face-to-face and over the phone.
- Understanding of the ICT channel partner community in Australia, with experience working with partners and/or vendors.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate workload effectively.
