Where this role fits in

You'll be joining our People & Performance team, a high-impact team partnering with senior leaders across the business to deliver the frameworks, strategies, and programs that uplift capability, enable performance, and future-proof our workforce. We're the team driving organisational development and workforce transformation at an enterprise-wide level, helping leaders align people initiatives with business goals.

About the role

As a Senior People & Performance Partner, you'll lead the design and implementation of strategic people frameworks across workforce planning, talent, leadership, and performance. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving enterprise-wide change and enabling the business to deliver results through its people. This role blends consulting, building, influencing, and partnering to deliver meaningful outcomes.

What you'll be doing

- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with commercial and growth objectives

- Design and embed frameworks across workforce planning, organisational development, talent, and leadership

- Lead enterprise-wide performance and capability initiatives from design through to delivery

- Facilitate collaboration across People & Performance, Shared Services, and Consultant teams to ensure alignment and impact

- Use data and insights to inform workforce decisions, measure success, and drive continuous improvement

- Champion change initiatives that build leadership capability, lift team performance, and support business transformation

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a strategic, commercial, and outcomes-focused partner who thrives in complexity and enjoys building solutions from ambiguity. You'll bring:

- Proven experience designing and implementing frameworks in workforce planning, organisational development, talent, or leadership

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders

- A commercial mindset, connecting people strategy with business outcomes

- Confidence navigating change and complexity while delivering practical, scalable solutions

- A collaborative and pragmatic approach, able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
