We are now seeking to grow our Finance team with the addition of an Accountant.
What you will do:
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the Accountant will contribute to driving financial excellence within the business.
Responsibilities include:
Manage month-end processes including accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and EOM journals.
Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register.
Handle end-to-end processing and management of related entities' accounts, including preparation of monthly financial statements.
Assist with year-end audit.
Calculate supplier rebates and landed costs for import purchases.
Support the Finance Manager and CFO, collaborating with other teams within the organisation.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory teams.
Manage, mentor, and develop one direct report.
What you will bring to the role:
The ideal candidate will have:
A relevant degree in Finance or Accounting
Experience with large ERP systems and excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A customer-centric mindset and appreciation for fostering business relationships
