Your New Role And Responsibilities Leidos supports systems used at the Joint Defence Facility in Alice Springs.
In conjunction with Leidos colleagues and the customer, key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Research problems by accessing internal and external knowledge databases.
Perform hardware troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and incident resolution.
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities.
Perform upgrades and support the transition and acceptance of new and modified systems.
Communicate with customers to fully understand the incident, service request, or problem.
Monitor, review, update, and dispose of Service Now/Help Now system tickets assigned to the program per the required Performance Requirements Standards and level of information details.
What You'll Bring To Make An Impact Equivalent tertiary education and experience in responsibilities outlined above.
Working knowledge of Service Now/Help Now (or similar applications).
CISSP certificate or equivalent.
