And now, we're looking for our first Research Analyst - someone who loves digging into data, finding signals in noise, and turning insights into decisions that move the business forward.

What You'll Do Own and build research workflows that inform strategy across pricing, location trends, and property risk factors Analyse market-level and suburb-level data to identify investment-grade opportunities Develop internal reports, dashboards, and tools to drive smarter decisions across the buying team Work with founders, clients, agents, and engineers to shape product and growth initiatives with data at the core Deep-dive into buyer profiles, migration patterns, and macro trends to build conviction behind every deal Who you are You might've thought about IB, VC, consulting — but want to work somewhere faster, smaller and closer to the action You think in systems, love first-principles thinking and know your way around a spreadsheet (or SQL/Python if that's your thing)You're obsessed with the details, but know how to zoom out to the big picture You write clearly, think critically and are comfortable building your own playbook You're curious.
