**Job Overview**:
As an IT Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer network by identifying and engaging prospective clients for our MSP program. Your primary responsibility will be to showcase our comprehensive IT solutions and services, persuading potential customers to join our program. Your ability to leverage your charisma, basic technical skills, and passion for sales will be key to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to understand their IT needs and challenges.

Present and promote RDS IT Solutions' offerings, highlighting the benefits and value they bring to potential customers.

Design and develop compelling sales strategies and approaches in collaboration with management.

Meet and exceed sales targets by converting leads into loyal customers for our MSP program.

Keep up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM.

**Requirements**:
A high level of charisma and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with potential clients.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results.

Basic technical proficiency, enabling you to understand and discuss IT solutions with clients.

Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required. We are open to enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sales and technology.

High energy, self-motivated, and hungry for success in a sales-driven environment.
