Project/Program Overview
Program/Project summary

Under the direction of the Project Manager- e Prescribing Work Program the primary objective of the Senior Policy and Project Officer is to work with the project team to deliver high level policy analysis and advice, draft high-level documentation, and support implementation activities.
Providing guidance to other team members as required.
Where appropriate support and assist in the delivery of broader Care@Home nominated priorities.

Experience/Skills
Looking for an experienced Senior Policy & Project Officer with demonstrated ability to:

Extensive experience in developing, analysing, and implementing policies
Previous experience supporting complex projects from inception to completion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically, research and analyse information
High level of attention to detail and accuracy with prior experience using a wide range of Microsoft Office products and project management tools

Duties/Activities
Senior Policy & Project Officer

Prepare and/or undertake high-level briefings, advice, analysis, reports, plans, business documentation, submissions and correspondence for a diverse audience including executive, senior management, clients, and other stakeholders
Support for project planning and delivery, including preparation of project documentation, business requirements, engagement planning and delivery, risk and issues analysis and review of project outcomes/outputs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, policy, and procedures
Undertake significant research and analysis activities, including gap analysis, reviewing, and monitoring of the strategic local, national, and international policy environments, and current and emerging issues.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support the planning, coordination, development, monitoring, and delivery of specific projects
