This includes direct management of contract works and supporting Project Managers in daily tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing resources, and tracking project progress.
DUTIESAssist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to financial constraints Conduct routine monitoring of technical, quality, environmental, and WHS compliance Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments Identify potential project risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor of Civil Engineering or a related field Experience in local government is preferred General Construction Induction Card (white card)Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite CULTUREJoin a supportive team that offers training and development opportunities to upskill and stay current with industry trends.
