The Role We're seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where your values, vision, and experience will shape the culture of the centre and drive positive outcomes for children, families, and staff.

Previous experience opening a new service is welcomed but not essential.
What You'll Do Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-performing centre Inspire, mentor, and support a team of committed early childhood educators Lead the delivery of high-quality educational programs tailored to children's needs and interests Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards Build authentic relationships with families and engage with the wider community Manage centre administration, including enrolments, budgeting, and reporting What You'll Bring Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent, as approved by ACECQA) Strong understanding of early learning frameworks, compliance, and regulations Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting Exceptional communication, organisational, and team-building skills A collaborative and proactive mindset Current First Aid and CPR certifications What's on Offer Salary package: $123,000 + sector increase + bonus structure Professional learning and career development opportunities Leadership support and pathways for progression A well-resourced, beautifully designed learning environment Ready to Lead?
