The team focuses on commercial outcomes across Corporate, M&A, Capital Markets, Litigation, and Digital Assets.

About the position: Our client is looking for a Corporate & M&A Partner to take charge of high-end transactional matters in their Brisbane office.
The role involves advising on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructures, and capital raising—often across jurisdictions and involving listed entities.
Capital Markets experience is particularly valued.
You'll also shape the firm's strategic direction, mentor junior staff, and have the freedom to build your own team as the firm expands nationally.
