Apply now and drive the future of solar energy solutions with usPosition Title: Solution Engineer Location: Malaysia Reports to: MY Country Manager / Technical Manager Job Description Develop a deep technical understanding of Clenergy products and services offered.
Fully responsible to provide the overall design, proposals and technical supports for Clenergy's PV projects including rooftop & ground mount solution coordinating with our HQ Operation, Engineering and solutions teams.
Able to coordinate with local designing firms to discuss technical details.
Act as a technical liaison between the customer and our sales team.
Stay updated on local industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
Assistance with, and presence at trade shows and customer events.
Gathering customer feedback and keeping record of customer interactions and product improvement recommendations.
Provide competitive solution design based on project parameters on a timely manner.
Other tasks or duties assigned by the company management.
Position Requirements Primary interest in renewable energy and relevant 2 years+ work experience is highly desirable.
Bachelor of Engineering in either the Mechanical, Civil, Structure Engineering, or any related Industrial fields.
Strong interpersonal ability, computer skills and a technical mindset.
Candidates must be self-starting, self-managed, able to manage their own deadlines, KPI's.
Mandarin speaker as required to communicate with Clenergy HQ engineering/solution team.
