Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our AI/ML Engineering initiatives. As a key member of our engineering community, you will play a pivotal role in building the next generation of AI-powered solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Solving complex technical challenges from design to production
  • Rapidly experimenting with emerging AI-assisted engineering tools
  • Defining architectural standards and tackling complex architecture issues
  • Translating requirements into solid engineering deliverables
  • Delivering key solutions used by other teams and products
  • Actively contributing to code delivery through leading code reviews & documentation
  • Coaching and mentoring junior members in the team
Requirements
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of AI/ML Engineering
  • A proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale engineering initiatives
  • Commercial or side project experience in AI-related technologies
  • Deep knowledge of architectural patterns and cloud-native solutions on AWS & Azure
  • Strong mentoring and leadership skills
  • The ability to influence cross-functional teams and articulate trade-offs
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate emerging AI tools and integrate them into engineering workflows
