We deliver 28 key services such as childcare, waste collection, parks maintenance, libraries, community facilities, and aquatic centres to over 380,000 residents.
The role CBCity is seeking a Team Leader Spatial and Customer Information to lead the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused services and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of Council's spatial information systems.
This role is key to driving innovation and maintaining reliable data to support decision-making across the organisation.
Duties will include but not be limited to: Lead and coach the team to achieve service and performance outcomes.
Continuously improve processes and customer experience through service reviews and capability development.
Manage Council's GIS and property systems, ensuring accurate data and high-quality outputs.
Oversee property numbering processes and maintain the Name and Address Register.
Deliver high-level customer service with a focus on continuous improvement.
Lead projects and perform additional duties aligned with skills and experience.

You will have Tertiary qualifications in Spatial Information, GIS, or a related field.
Current driver's licence.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams to achieve results.
Strong background in spatial information services and GIS systems.
Expertise in property and related spatial systems.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated alignment with Council's values.
Desirable, but not essential: experience working in the public sector, and proficiency in using Map Info or Auto CAD.
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required for this position.
The salary range for this opportunity starts at $122,553 (Grade J, Step 1) + Super.
Salary is negotiable dependent on skills and experience.
