About the role: An opportunity for a talented Associate to join a market leading Corporate/M&A team .
Work on a variety of transactions , including M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and FIRB.
The ideal candidate: Corporate Lawyer coming out of a reputable M&A/ECM practice.
Must be at least 3 years PQE.
Work split is 100% Corporate; not a mixed bag.
Relevant law degree with a strong academic track record.
