About Your Role Scope has an exciting opportunity for a Strategy Manager within our Strategy Team.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will support the management of the Strategy Team's daily operations.
You will play a key role in strengthening the organization by supporting the New Housing Manager and their team.
Your Key Focus Lead development of business cases, project scoping documents, and market assessments.
Support the delivery of key cross-functional initiatives aligned with Scope's strategic goals.
Provide strategic advice to internal stakeholders based on research, data, and insights.
Track and report on strategic project progress, escalating risks as needed.
Support the annual corporate strategy cycle.
What We Look For Proven experience working with senior leadership and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in strategy, transformation, or project delivery roles within the community sector.
Ability to run workshops and present to the executive leadership team.
Demonstrated adaptability to change and resilience with a growth mindset.
