Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.About Your RoleScope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Strategy Manager to work within our Strategy Team.Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will provide support to manage the day-today operations of the Strategy Team.You will play a key role in strengthening the organisation by providing direct support to the New Housing Manager and their Team.Your Key FocusLead development of business cases, project scoping documents and market assessments Lead and support delivery of key cross-functional initiatives aligned with Scope's strategic goals Provide strategic advice to internal stakeholders based on research, data and insights Track and report on strategic project progress, escalating risks where required Support annual corporate strategy cycle What We Look ForProven experience working with senior leadership and delivering cross-functional initiatives Experience in strategy, transformation or project delivery roles within the Community Sector Ability to run workshops and present to executive leadership team Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and build a growth mindset with resilience View the position description hereSkills, Experience, QualificationsWe are committed to filling this role quickly, so while applications for this role will close on 19/08/2025 we will be reviewing applications as they come in and may interview suitable candidates prior to closing date.
