In late 2024, i Select and Compare the Market formed a new division within the A&G group.
We are now moving into an exciting phase of transforming into one integrated business delivering outstanding customer experience across these famous Brands.
With this change comes the creation of a new role in our People and Culture team as the Head of Talent Acquisition .
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bringing two Talent Acquisition teams together, establishing alignment across process and systems whilst still executing on strategy and business objectives to attract, engage and retain top talent.
You'll be overseeing a team of five (5) recruiters located between our Melbourne and Brisbane offices.
Both teams pride themselves on delivering exceptional candidate experiences and supporting one another on a daily basis.
To be successful in the role you will have: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Extensive experience in talent acquisition with tenure in a leadership position Experience recruiting across call centres or within a volume recruitment environment Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy aligned to business goals, streamlining process, enhancing efficiencies and strengthening the employer brand Proven expertise in workforce planning, selection methodology & tools and recruitment process optimisation Experience partnering with senior leadership and external stakeholders effectively Can do attitude, happy to jump into active recruitment as required Success building a high-performing team Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills What's in it for you: Professional Development – We encourage ongoing learning and development with free access to the full Linked In Learning Library, our own in-house learning Academy and regularly run initiatives such as our relationship with 'Juno Adaptive Leaders Program' which enable you to continually upskill.
