Information Technology Full-time Victoria, Mahe Posted Mar 19, 2025 Looking for an Infrastructure & Data Center Engineer who can efficiently operate and proactively manage the IT Infrastructure of the Company, including Cloud Platforms, Storage Systems, and IT Applications.
This role includes designing, deploying, and maintaining the infrastructure using the latest technology, ensuring that all available systems within the organization function efficiently and faultlessly.
Must have good knowledge of Internet connections, cabling, virtualization platforms, and storage area networks.
The candidate must possess strong work ethics, be reliable and dependable, confident, and a trustworthy person.
They are also responsible for managing the security of systems in-house and managing application information transfers.
The candidate must be ambitious and professionally driven, willing to take on additional learning to remain abreast of evolving technology.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEA bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role.
Other Certifications: Microsoft Certified Expert, MCSA, MCSEVMWare Certified VCTA, VCPAzure/AWS Cloud Certifications Comp TIA Server+ / Network+ITILPreferred skills & competencies Virtualization - VMware v Sphere / EXSIVirtual Desktop Infrastructure / VMWare Horizon Basic Networking experience including LANs, WANs, and VPNs Backup systems and solutions - Veeam Cloud-based systems – Office 365, Azure, AWSIdentity & Access Management Good understanding of Datacenter Operations Datacenter infrastructure and facilities experience
