Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an Infrastructure and Data Centre Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud platforms, storage systems, and IT applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure with a focus on security, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy IT infrastructure solutions
  • Ensure system efficiency and faultlessness
  • Manage security and reliability
  • Manage application information transfers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Virtualization - VMware vSphere / EXSI
  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure / VMWare Horizon
  • Basic Networking experience including LANs, WANs, and VPNs
  • Backup systems and solutions - Veeam
  • Cloud-based systems – Office 365, Azure, AWS
  • Identity & Access Management
  • Good understanding of Datacenter Operations
  • Datacenter infrastructure and facilities experience

Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified Expert, MCSA, MCSE
  • VMWare Certified VCTA, VCP
  • Azure/AWS Cloud Certifications
  • CompTIA Server+ / Network+
  • ITIL
