These vacancies have come about through the Directors reaching the end of their appointed term, with all three Directors eligible to nominate for the vacant positions.
We are seeking nominations from skilled individuals who will complement and strengthen the Board's collective knowledge and capability in the governance and strategic leadership of an $80m+ primary health commissioning, coordination and capacity building entity.
Successful candidates will possess Director-level qualifications, experience and skills in areas such as the planning, management and governance of health services, health policy, and stakeholder engagement.

Selection of Directors is based on an assessment of their contribution towards the required mix of skills and experience which collectively the Board needs to possess.

Appointed Directors are paid a monthly stipend, and appointments are generally for a three-year term.
