team to implement key people initiatives and projects.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to
join our team as a People and Culture Advisor within the Corporate
Services Division. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high
quality People and Culture initiatives across the employee lifecycle including
recruitment, learning and development, and strategic implementation.

In this role you will:

  • Contribute to the implementation of people strategies by coordinating communications and contributing to employee experience.
  • Coordinate and deliver learning and development activities including managing mandatory training, and providing data insights into staff development.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives that enhance people systems and our service delivery.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Sound knowledge of NSW public sector HR frameworks, including the Government Sector Employment Act, Awards, and relevant policies.
  • Broad experience across key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance, training, and policy administration.
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting workforce data and generating reports for operational and strategic use.
  • Highly developed communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.



Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary
    qualifications in HR, Business, Education or related discipline, or
    equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    in a HR generalist or learning and development role, ideally within a
    public sector or complex regulatory environment.

Given the HCCC's unique and critical role in maintaining the
integrity of the NSW health system, it is essential that all prospective
employees are able to carry out their duties in an independent, honest and
consistent manner with uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical

The successful applicant will be
required to complete a Background Verification Check which includes a National
Police Check (Criminal History) and qualification check.
